FPC (Flexible Printed Circuit) is widely used in various fields due to its unique flexibility, thinness, high-density wiring capability, and excellent electrical performance.

 

The following are the main application areas of FPC:
1. Mobile devices:
Smartphone: The FPC board is used to connect components such as display screens, touch screens, camera modules, buttons, batteries, sensors, etc., achieving a compact and lightweight layout inside.
Tablets, laptops, and 2-in-1 devices: FPC boards are used in folding screens, hinge structures, stylus interfaces, internal connections, and other aspects to enhance the flexibility and portability of the devices.
Wearable devices such as smartwatches, wristbands, and headphones: Due to extremely limited space, FPC boards have become a key component for achieving miniaturization and high integration design.

 

2. Vehicle mounted system:
Car infotainment system: used to connect display screens, touch panels, multimedia interfaces, etc.
Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS): The connection between sensors (such as radar cameras) and ECU (Electronic Control Unit).
Vehicle electronic systems, such as interior lighting, seat adjustment, window control, etc., provide flexible and reliable electrical connections.
New Energy Vehicles (EV/HEV): As a key component in high voltage and high current applications such as Battery Management Systems (BMS) and high-voltage connectors.
