Process Parameters
PCB process parameters refer to the various technical settings and control values involved in each step of the printed circuit board manufacturing process, such as etching time, plating thickness, drilling accuracy, and temperature curves, which ensure the quality and performance of the PCB.
SMT process parameters are the technical control values like solder paste printing thickness, placement accuracy, reflow soldering temperature curve, and inspection criteria that ensure the quality of surface mount technology assembly.
DIP process parameters refer to key technical values that control plug-in accuracy, wave soldering temperature curve, shear length and post-soldering inspection standards in the through-hole assembly process, and are used to ensure assembly quality.
The PCBA assembly process is a complete process in which electronic components are fixed on the PCB through SMT mounting, DIP insertion, etc., and then welded, inspected, reworked, and final inspected and packaged to finally form a qualified assembly board.
